Maine Sales Tax Exemption Setup for Corporation

Maine only provides specific exemptions for organizations such as hospitals, schools, churches and libraries. Qualifying nonprofit organizations must submit the relevant application to Maine Department of Revenue Services and provide the information and documents specified in the application.
