The Arkansas sales tax is 6.5% of the gross receipts from the sales of tangible personal property and certain selected services. The filing schedule for sales and use tax payments is based on monthly sales and use tax liability: If your monthly tax liabilities are over $100, you are a monthly filer. If your monthly tax liabilities are between $25 and $100, you are a quarterly filer. For monthly sales tax liabilities under $25, you are an annual filer.
